How to order equipment for your Pilates studio?

Yes. We deliver brand-new, genuine Balanced Body equipment manufactured in the USA and compliant with applicable EU requirements throughout Finland.

We take care of the entire logistics process, including communication with the manufacturer, international transport, customs duties, commercial documentation and import clearance from the United States, so that the equipment can be delivered directly to your studio.

Every project is priced individually. Your quotation clearly shows what makes up the total cost, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Depending on your project, the price may include the equipment itself and selected configuration options, as well as delivery and professional installation.

The final cost may also reflect delivery to more remote areas or additional work required where access to the studio is particularly difficult.

Lead time depends on the type of equipment you order and current product availability.

If the equipment is already available in our warehouse – which is often the case with standard configurations – we can arrange dispatch very quickly once payment has been received.

For less common configurations or equipment manufactured to order, we will confirm the expected delivery date once we receive the production schedule from the manufacturer.

Choosing custom upholstery or non-standard colours may extend the lead time. For larger projects, we can also arrange delivery in stages.

Because of the size and weight of some machines, additional help is required when bringing the equipment inside. We recommend having two physically capable people available to assist with unloading and carrying the equipment.

Before delivery, we will ask you to check details such as:

• the width of doors and corridors,
• room height,
• staircase dimensions,
• lift access, where applicable,
• whether a delivery truck can get close to the entrance.

Major construction work should already be completed before the equipment arrives. Walls and flooring should also be finished and properly protected, for example with finished flooring or suitable protective mats.

Yes. Equipment selection and layout planning are part of our studio planning process.

Simply send us a 2D floor plan or a drawing showing the dimensions and type of space. This does not need to be an architectural plan – a simple sketch with measurements and the most important features marked is often enough.

We will prepare an equipment proposal based on your available space and the number of people you plan to accommodate.

If you would like additional support, we can also help design the space by preparing a 2D floor plan and 3D visualisation of your studio.

All Balanced Body equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with some components even carrying lifetime coverage. The warranty process is handled directly through us.

The process is simple. Once you report an issue, our service team assesses the problem remotely, often using photos or video.

If necessary, we promptly send the required replacement parts by courier or arrange a technician visit so that your equipment can be repaired as quickly as possible.

We can also provide servicing, repairs and replacement parts for issues that are no longer covered by warranty.

For Reformers, this may include components such as the footbar, springs, shoulder rests, optional legs or transport wheels. In the case of Cadillacs, the trapeze and related components may also require assembly.

No. You do not pay a separate shipping charge for transporting your equipment from the United States to Europe.

The costs associated with your order are the price of the Balanced Body equipment itself and the delivery charge from our warehouse in Katowice, Poland, to your destination.

You can also choose additional paid services, such as professional installation.

Orders can be paid for by bank transfer to our company bank account.

If your order needs to be prepared in advance or is scheduled for delivery at a later date, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the order.

Customised and made-to-order products are an exception and require 100% prepayment.

All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order and return the purchased products.
