Logistics, Delivery and Installation
When you order from us, you do not need to worry about the complexities of international shipping or import procedures. We manage and coordinate the entire logistics process for you – from customs clearance for equipment imported from the United States to final delivery from our Polish warehouse directly to your studio.
Original equipment from the USA – what do we take care of?
Importing professional Pilates equipment can be complicated, so we handle the process on your behalf:
- We communicate with the manufacturer and arrange transport to Europe.
- We take care of customs duties, commercial documentation and all necessary import procedures.
- We make sure the equipment meets the applicable requirements for the EU market.
Your delivery process, step by step

| Choosing your equipment | We discuss your needs, recommend the most suitable equipment, prepare your quotation and can even create a studio layout and visualisation based on your plans. | You can send us a 2D floor plan or a simple drawing with measurements, together with information about the type of space you are working with. |
| Delivery | Before dispatch, we carry out an additional check of your equipment and secure it carefully to reduce the risk of damage in transit. We then arrange and coordinate delivery using trusted freight and courier partners. | To make delivery easier and faster, we recommend reserving a parking space close to the entrance. It is also a good idea to have two people available to assist with unloading and carrying the equipment inside. |
| Installation | Our equipment is delivered partially assembled. Some components still need to be installed – for example, on Reformers this may include footbars, springs, shoulder rests, optional legs or transport wheels, while Cadillacs may require assembly of the trapeze and related accessories. Detailed unpacking and assembly instructions are provided with the relevant equipment. You can also choose our professional installation service, carried out by an experienced technical team. | To ensure the installation goes smoothly and the equipment is placed in a safe, finished space, make sure all major construction work has been completed and the flooring is properly protected before our team arrives. |
How should you prepare your studio?
Before delivery or installation, please check:
- the width of doors, corridors and staircases,
- whether a lift is available,
- whether a delivery truck can get close to the entrance,
- whether the flooring is ready and properly protected, for example with finished flooring or protective mats.
