Allegro Nextgen Reformer Konnector

The Konnector is an innovative system created by Viktor Uygan of Konnect Method that expands the training possibilities of the Reformer and introduces a whole new dimension to Pilates exercise. Its single-rope system with attachment points for all four limbs allows the arms and legs to move independently and simultaneously, engaging the entire body in every exercise. The Konnector is designed for the Allegro Nextgen Reformer and is sold as an accessory kit.

This patented rope-and-pulley system provides continuous proprioceptive feedback. Movement in one part of the body influences how the other limbs experience the exercise, requiring precise coordination between core stability and limb mobility. Four loops connected to a single rope through a pulley system integrate the work of the arms, legs, and torso, creating new possibilities for exercises performed on the Reformer.

The Konnector increases full-body engagement and supports stronger activation of the core and deep stabilizing muscles. Thanks to the independent movement of the limbs, exercises become more dynamic and require greater concentration, coordination, and movement awareness.

The system is equipped with four Tri Loops, providing comfortable positioning for both the hands and feet. Specially designed quiet pulleys reduce noise during use, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable workout experience.

The Konnector expands the training possibilities of the Reformer while preserving its standard functionality. A simple locking mechanism makes it easy to switch the system and return to traditional Reformer operation.
