Allegro 2 Reformer Plank Bars

The Allegro 2 Plank Bars offer new exercise options that require arm support, especially planks. They provide a total of 8 different positioning options, including low, high, broad, and narrow, depending on how they are inserted in the Reformer’s standing platform. This provides flexibility in adapting the training to users’ level of advancement and training preferences.

The Plank Bars, with their diverse positioning options and two handles located at different heights, allow you to perform arm exercises in a neutral and internally rotated shoulder position, which opens up new training options and increases exercise variety. Changing body angle can additionally both challenge and support users. The more neutral position of the wrists on the handles means that they are further protected, which minimises the risk of sprains or overload.
